The Columbian Wyandotte was first introduced at the Columbian Exposition (better known as the Worlds Fair held in Chicago) in 1893, hence the name they now hold. Nice dual purpose breed. These birds are truly in a class of their own with barred necks, white body, and barred to black tail feathers. Definitely a must for your flock! These birds handle cold weather very well.
 Average mature weight:
Roosters 8 1/2 lbs, Hens 6 1/2 lbs.
